Additionally, the basketball hoop was relocated to the north end of the concrete sport court, a new netting system was installed on the west fence line, and the play field was re-leveled and blanketed with a thick and fresh layer of wood chips. The new play structures include an eleven-piece log stack formation and a 22-foot arched climber. Both elements come from Portland-based Columbia Cascade’s TimberForm division. A significant portion of the funding for the new play structures came from a ‘Fund a Need’ drive at The Valley School auction. Thank you Valley parents for these wonderful new additions!
